WHAT COURIERS DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?

• Australia Post, DHL, FedEx, and UPS.   

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL? 

• Yes, billyfootwear.com.au also ships to New Zealand.

DO YOU OFFER FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING?

• Yes. Shipping is free on shoes for orders within Australia when the total of the products equates to $200 or more,

WHEN WILL MY SHIPMENT DELIVER? 

• Processing Time — Please allow 2* business days to process your order before shipping. 
  
  * At times when we are experiencing high online order volume, processing times can take much longer than normal. We sincerely appreciate your patience.
  
  
• Domestic Shipping — Deliveries to addresses within Australia will take 2-8 business days following the 2* day processing time.
  
  
• International Shipping — Deliveries to addresses within New Zealand will take 6-12 business days following the 2* day processing time.
