  • Yes. Shipping is free on shoes for orders to Australia and New Zealand when the total of the products is $250 AUD or more.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
  • Australia: $10 for orders under $100. $15 for orders from $100 to $249.99. Free for orders of $250 AUD or more.
  • New Zealand: $15 for orders under $100. $20 for orders from $100 to $249.99. Free for orders of $250 AUD or more.
WHEN WILL MY SHIPMENT DELIVER? 
  • Processing Time — Please allow 2* business days to process your order before shipping. 

    * At times when we are experiencing high online order volume, processing times can take much longer than normal. We sincerely appreciate your patience.

  • Domestic Shipping — Deliveries to addresses within Australia will take 2-8 business days following the 2* day processing time.

  • International Shipping — Deliveries to addresses within New Zealand will take 6-12 business days following the 2* day processing time.

  • Once the shipments are in the hands of the shipping courier, we unfortunately have no control over the route of the courier nor timing of the delivery. Like the customer, we only have the tracking number to evaluate shipment status.
